FOUNDING
Our Story
Welcome to Supreme Concrete, your local concrete contractor. We are a family-owned business with a rich history in the concrete industry that spans three generations. Our founder, Jose Flores, a San Diego native, has been immersed in the world of concrete since childhood, learning every facet of the trade, from demo and forming to finishing and masonry.
In his quest to broaden his horizons, Jose ventured beyond his family’s business, starting from scratch at various companies. His dedication and hard work led him to run his own crew at one company, and at another, he oversaw the entire concrete division.
After several successful years and leaving behind a thriving concrete division, Jose took the bold step of starting Supreme Concrete. With over two decades of hands-on experience, Jose’s vision was to create a company that stood as a testament to his expertise and passion for serving the community.
Today, Supreme Concrete has overcome the initial challenges faced by any new company and has firmly established itself as a force to be reckoned with in the industry. Being a company without outside investors, we have the freedom to implement systems and policies that align with our vision, without any external budgetary constraints. Every aspect of our operation has been built from the ground up to be streamlined and work together.
We are wholly committed to delivering top-notch concrete solutions. That’s why we reinvest the majority of our revenue back into the company to fuel our growth and continued improvement. These funds set us up for success by providing our employees with benefits and a living wage, our crews with the newest tools and equipment, and our clients with the finest materials available.
